Realistic Builds

Functional Chase Bank

Fully Functional by using SimRealist SNB/Financial Center/Bills and choosing the Lot Type as Generic and Sim National Bank Lot Trait

Check out SimRealist on Patreon

I have the bank placed in Willow Creek on a 30x20 lot, but of course you can place it anywhere!!

Place the lot with cheat bb.moveobjects on

  • 1 Account Manager Office

  • 1 Loan Officer Office

  • 2 Bank Tellers

To get familiar with the functionality and how to use the bank please visit (Public) SNB - Financial Center by SimRealist (itch.io)

Try redownloading it! I'm not sure why it would show like that! Can you let me know how you are placing the build
