PsyAmb 119 - God Dub The Queen [ Mix Download ]

Hi Guys,

This week's mix is a trip to England to explore some of the British artists that have been instrumental in developing the psydub genre. These guys are at the forefront of psychedelic dub experimentation - blending dub bass lines with deep psychedelic sensibilities. Most of the tracks come from the earlier days of psychedelic dub with one or two more recent ones.

It was a bit challenging putting this track list together as the number of artists involved is quite large which makes it somewhat tricky to decide who to include and who to leave out. Maybe I'll look to do another version of this someday with those artists that didn't make it into this mix. Also, in the aim of keeping this mix rather relaxing, I've gone for one or two tunes that have more of a chilled out dubby vibe to them, bordering the psydub line. Hopefully what you will hear in this mix is a good sample of what these psydub artists are capable of.

Personally, I really enjoy this mix and I hope you do too ! Feel free to leave any comments below and let me know what you think. Thank you once again for your continued amazing support of the PsyAmb community here on Patreon. I'll be back in another week for another mix the Patreon Exclusive series where we will look at the music of 1998 and then onto Episode 120 with more recent releases.

Have an awesome weekend guy !

Cheers,

PsyAmb
