I like, but shouldn't the last image also have her expression turn neutral like the golems in the back?
She keep her mind but stuck as golem servant. I think it's more fun that way.

I could see this as going potentially very badly for the villainess – if the heroine is able to resist the mental aspects of the transformation long enough to get the drop on her… (Plus, I've always been a fan of "haughty villain falls prey to their own methods" scenarios.)
I hope so. As much as I love the art here, the near constant 'death of personality' of the characters being depicted not so much.
