best years tattoos

i've wanted to make a years tattoo set for sooo long. i've seen this type of tattoo in this specific placement on a lot of people, so i thought i should make it in the sims.

• named after best years by 5 seconds of summer

• base game compatible

• female frame but enabled for both

• 65 (oof) swatches: from 1960 to 2024 (i have no words, it took me HOURS to get the placement right)

• custom thumbnail

• one category: right arm
