Thank you for your educational videos. I would like you to explain how an enlarged prostate can cause ED in an older man.

Wow I needed this info for my special someone. This explains a lot and hopefully he'll get the picture and go see a doctor. This info is so very important for men (and women) for both our health and our pleasures. Thank you

I would love it of you talked about hashimoto's both clinical and subclinical especially and what can we do to stop it from damaging the thyroid

Widow club here. Fatal heart attack at age 59. Yup, just as you described, symptom presented just like this for about a year before his widowmaker lived up to its name. Thanks for sharing this info. Out here saving lives!

I'm so sorry. This is a warning sign that I feel gets overlooked quite a often. Or equated to "just getting older". When in reality getting it checked out can be a life saver.

Very interesting content and I appreciate your sense of humor! When you mentioned nerve issues I was wondering if MS could also cause ED?

J
Josh Cottle · July 3, 2025

Multiple sclerosis can absolutely cause ED.

My husband passed last August from a heart attack. He was only 37. Be had been experiencing ED for a little while, but didn't go to the doctor until it was too little, too late. He was diagnosed with diabetes almost a week to the day before he passed, and he had another doctors appointment literally the day before. So this stuff is definitely so important. Don't ignore the warning signs. Had we known this, we could have done something about it much sooner and he'd probably still be here.

Thank you for sharing this story. I'm so sorry you lost your husband like that. I may make this a monthly post on social media simply because of all the people who have explained that they had no idea this was a symptom of a larger issue.

Can confirm 💯 that this is a warning sign and shouldn’t be ignored. My husband’s Dr dismissed it with the little blue pill and despite having been on statins for 10 years, he still scored 1200+ on a cardiac calcium scan. Fortunately we found the blockages before he had a heart attack and he had triple CABG at age 50. He was a ticking time bomb! Unfortunately statins didn’t do much to prevent his cardiac disease and had we known the ED was a clue we could have taken other measures. Bottom line: DON’T ignore this. It’s no exaggeration that your life may be at risk.

Glad he caught it early enough to get help. Heart disease is tricky. It's why it remains the number one cause of death for everyone in the WORLD.

Not a question, but I can vouch for this 100%! My husband had a heart attack at age 35 (LAD). Fortunately he survived, but had we known this back then, it may have been prevented. Thank you for educating people about this!

Of course! Thank you for being here and sharing your story. I have had so many messages about this that I'm definitely adding this lesson to the monthly rotation.
