Normies Studio Got Burglarized :(
Hello everyone!
We wanted to let you know why we are unable to schedule any live streams for this week. Unfortunately our work space became a target of thieves over the Labor Day weekend. A lot of stuff is missing, especially in our live streaming room.
We don't want any of you guys to be too concerned, we do have insurance and we have enough rainy day funds to replace all stolen items this week. We're also working on a better security for our space and have a detective involved in our case.
Overall this sucks, but it could have been far worse. We are thankful that despite some stuff are gone, nobody was harmed and the studio was more or less left in condition where we can continue our daily operations if we exclude live streaming off the equation.
As soon as we replace our equipment, we will be back streaming, possibly even this week. It's just hard to tell right now, so there will be daily announcements for streams, rather than regular scheduled streaming.
Thank you all for your support and love. In times like these it feel really good knowing that there is a whole community that has our back. <3

Sorry to hear, you guys should invest in some good security cameras especially since your work is mostly with media and film anyway also one of those quick response systems that notify the police right away. But glad you had insurance!

Wow, that’s terrible. Consider investing in some security cams where you can get a feed to your phone/other devices. Hope the culprits get their come uppance.

Damn that really sucks. We’re all glad everyone is safe. And smart getting everything insured. Investing in upgrades to security should become a priority. Maybe speak to building management about what you’re allowed to install for security purposes.
So sorry this happened. Perhaps it's worth investing in a security camera system where you receive a notification and live feed to your phone if there's motion in the studio after hours. I'm pretty sure that's a thing out now.
