Casitas Mexican Grill: Colorful, family-run Mexican joint. Be sure to order the margaritas!
IHOP: Come enjoy breakfast at this classic eatery
Lotus Message: Looking for a quick retreat from everyday life? Come relax at the Lotus!
This lot is also set up like a strip mall and includes an ice cream parlor
Recommend: RVSN - Gelato Fun Instant Ice Cream - Allows your sim to order ice cream
Crave Nightclub: This strip mall has it all Crave Nightclub, Urban Ink, and Subway!
These were some of the first builds I created for the world. They include more maxis content than my latest creations
If you don't want the RUSTED BRIDGE in your game delete Tingelingelater-LunaSimsLunaBridge from the Casitas and IHOP Mods folder
When placing lots remember to turn on bb.moveobjects to make sure everything on the lot is placed. If something seems to be missing from the lot, try placing it again while playing on the lot.

and when I compress the unzip it, it turns back into the regular rar paper file.

Hey Keviona! You will need to up zip the files. When a regular folder pops up you will need to go into that folder and you will see a mon and a tray folder. From there you will drop the mod folder your EA mods folder. With the tray folder, open that folder and drag EVERYthing in that folder directly into your sims EA Tray folder. I was having the same issues and once I did that everything showed up that I downloaded from here. Hope this helps you.
I downloaded everything and it won’t show up. So I went to your gallery and when I put the buildings on the lot, everything disappears. I don’t know what to do. Does anyone have a solution to this?
you might have to take the items out of the "tray" and/or "mod" folder and put the directly into your tray and mod folders.

I just stumbled onto you a few days ago and I love the builds!!!!! I already have “Atlanta” in my game and can’t wait for the university builds, specifically the dorm hall because I never let my sims live on campus because it’s so plain….
