Changes to tiers
If you've been following our page since the last poll, you might know about the plans to remove polls due to the shitstorm that ensued with the last voting, when "Annalie Sex" won.
In the end, I've decided to keep them, but in a slightly different factor. Polls will now only have options decided by us and will usually cover smaller things. Like for example the recent ears poll.
Suggesting options for the poll was a benefit for the "Robot GF Connoisseur" tier. In order to remove it, I needed to think of some other benefit. What I came up with was cheats. Game now has two cheat codes that unlock different types of cheats. Here's how it looks in-game:

We now have cheats as a benefit for subscribers.
Robot GF enjoyer gets basic cheats and 2 weeks early access
Robot GF Connoisseur gets advanced cheats and 3 weeks early access, but loses the option to suggest things for the poll.
If you are not happy with those changes I'd of course be happy to give you a refund.
Small update
Related to changes with the tiers. I've updated the links in the post about the update to have links to the new 0.97.10 update. The update contains a couple of bugfixes, but main thing is adding cheats as a subscription benefit as outlined in the post above.
Ear poll results
The ear poll results came to a very interesting conclusion. The results are:
B 40.36%
A 38.23%
D 12.35%
C 9.05%
It appears our high tier patrons, ones with higher voting strength, really wanted B.
If you don't like B, fear not.
We plan on including all of the ears in the game. B would just be the default one.

Well, I understand why you had to take this step, but personally, as a user, I'm not happy with it. I installed various mods for myself, and now I'll have to work with the old version of the game, because adding the required item for inspection right away is much easier than waiting or searching. This is unfortunate.

Can we still suggest ideas? Instead of it being a poll, your team can come together to see if they like the idea or not. The main difference is that there isn't one idea that has to get pushed into the update and possibly every idea could get rejected.
You can suggest them of course, but we will most likely not add them(It's impossible)

They're in a small update that's already available here: 0.97.10 The links in the post about 0.97 release were updated.

I cannot fathom that people actually lost their shit at "Annalie Sex" winning the poll. Like, it's the most voted option so clearly the people wanted it? Genuinely subhuman behavior to get so worked up over an optional ending.

I mean i dont really mind the changue, in the end you guys already know what the people wants so yeh, maybe if things get better there migth be another chance for the suggestion polls? either way dumb question by using these cheats are we getting some type of penalty or bad ending? also is there a chance to pay bigdaddyhurt store for an especific part even if paying premium, something like the premium option in annalie store? sometimes i get the same thing like 3 times and it gets tiring since it happens somwhat often haha, welp that was too much yap from my part keep up the great work cheers!
The only thing using cheats does is showing you used cheats in the "achievement" window. There's no bad ending for using them.
I'm sorry you had to deal with flak... Honestly, the Polls were such a good idea. Just because people were upset shouldn't pressure you to minimize your involvement with the community. You are doing a phenomenal job and as one who voted for the Annalie Sex(More choices are always better IMO), as long as you don't force us to experience something, I think no one has a right to complain. Keep up the good work, even as broke as I am I still manage to scrounge support for you and Deniam(World Tamer) and RogueOne(That New Teacher), even if only at the most basic tier...Keep up the good work and don't let them stifle your art.
Tbh i dont know why cheats are necessary. It takes like max 10min playtime to get rich with the stock market if done right. Whats more annoying to me is that you guys have to deal with so many "unnecassary" problems due to people complaining. Its pretty much wasting your time instead of letting you concentrate on the main features of the Game. Or not?
Honestly thank god i can reset the church quest i messed it up and was worried i was gonna have to reset the entire game just to do it properly

It works the same as the game codes. New one needs to be generated for each update. On the positive side. There will be 1 more update (public release in 3 days) and after that it will be quite a while till we finish 1.0
Will annalie sex actually be added to the game or was it just added for a joke? Not complaining or anything, just genuinely curious.
Annalie sex will be added in the 1.0 update. That update focuses on story and it's what we're working on now.
Funny enough, I've been playing long enough to the point where a number of these cheats have little effect. Not that I'm complaining mind you, it just reminded me how long I've been on board.

Yeah that's just debug mode... Does that mean we're having that removed? Because that doesn't make sense to me
Yes. Debug mode was never meant to be used for cheating. As the name implies, it's a set of tools I've added, for myself, to well "debug" the game. Debug mode had many things that could break saves. I've taken some of the features of debug mode, made them safe to use. Added a few new ones and separated the ones that are dangerous into a real "debug mode" that an average user cannot access.

Debug mode had many things that could break saves. I've taken some of the features of debug mode, made them safe to use.
