I moved out the QOL into my desktop then unchecked all plugins to remove flagged files. Uncheck auto update plugin if its on. Now this will kill off all flags. So you should be able to launch BNS without Horas Launcher. Means you have all flaggers off/out of bns files. As long as the game runs until character selection and loads into game fine. Only then should you use Horas Unpacked Launcher. Once you get horas launcher in and your able to boot game no crash, load into game fine.

You both need horas launcher to run your game and get to character selection first to confirm its working properly. Then adding in Tonics QOL will basically work normally. Run game through purple launcher with horas launcher hot fix unpacked first, minus QOL. Game shouldn't crash at all because horas launcher needs to boot game and go pass all the walls. Then QOL can be added and will boot normally ingame.
