Live Client update

I'm aware it broke for live client, I'm working on it now.

Edit
It should now be working with the latest NAEU client. If it's not working for the TW region someone from there let me know.

I'll fix extended options at a later time.

Edit 2
I'm aware of the PlayCinema error in TW, I reverted it back and apparently it still causes an issue. I'll fix it when I download the tw client sometime tonight or tomorrow morning.
