I wonder what Calidus becomes at level 30. I wonder what he becomes if he develops a drive to improve. Selys staying an adversary in a cool way is a great development.
Selys’ character progression is really interesting. She’s complex, and we can see her being ruthless and resentful at times but understand how she got there. And I’m relieved she isn’t going full villain. She’s trying to be the hero of her own story instead of embracing selfishness or cynicism. I think this is the most I have been interested in Selys :-)
Chapter out on summer solstice (in European timezones). Can’t wait to see what happens.

Pirate need to either upgrade the site or release the public chapter an hour or so later so its not patreon and public reeders rushing the site at the same time
