Honestly, I'm kinda disappointed. Not because I didn't enjoy the chapter or arc, the opposite in fact, but I'm disappointed cuz I want more and I don't think we'll get more toren for a good while, or find out about the stellar ivory. Anyways, another fantastic chapter Paba. Can't wait for Saturday

A lovely chapter in Toren’s journey and I like how it made me appreciate Barnethei whom previously I considered more of a villain. You’re wonderful at making characters feel real and not one dimensional! Interesting that consuming the seithbone stopped the mana drain. That’ll be a world shaking revelation soon enough. And the silver swords almost found it too!

Thank you for the chapter . I enjoyed this mini Arc of toren. I felt like it was sort of unnecessary that he went back to liscor people keep saying that it's like his redemption, Arc or whatever but honestly I don't see any redeeming qualities in him going back and beating up people in liscor that whole situation with Erin has not gotten better in anyway and really this just felt like a really impossible ( because he's an undead) job hunt where he can thrive/be safe. I guess he's less of a prick now and maybe he'll learn a thing or two now*shrug*. I'm happy for healing slime at least And I've never really been on the side of Haven because like the vice said they're not a family, it's just a job. I did enjoy the lore of the new lands .

Nice chapter but uh how long was this inn with torn? A week? If so it feels a bit weird how quickly they befriended a skeleton when in general previous encounters with things classified as monsters, like goblins, even when they do good take ALOT more time to be acquainted with let alone alone in so well.

Sheeeeeeit, so the new lands (or at least part of them) are the world’s richest field of magical uranium? The drakes are going to realpolitik so hard it’ll give Henry Kissinger a boner from beyond the grave.

Some hypotheses after reading the chapter: * I wonder if the seithbone was already buried at the bottom of the ocean, and the ghost of Archmage Kishkeria drained it in order to raise the New Lands * When that level-100 mage accidentally wiped out magic for a few hundred years, I wonder if that had something to do with seithbone draining the world's mana for that time period
