definitely castevania
Soul eater would be amaziiing
Please watch Tower of god if you guys haven't already
Cowboy bebop or samurai champloo
Castlevania is complete and awesome, it gets my vote, Dr. Stone is refreshing and not so serious. There's also To Your Eternity but it's depressing as hell lol
Dr. Stone! The final season airs this spring, so you'll probably have enough time to catch up and watch it live. :)
My second suggestion would be to double up on one of your other shows, at least for the next 2 - 3 weeks. I say this because a new season of anime is almost here. There are some promising new shows debuting in January.
Fate zero and steins gate. Both are fairly dour shows tho.
Haikyu is really fun
JoJo鈥檚
Violet Evergarden or March Comes in Like a Lion.
Castelvania is also an awesome series with a ton of action.
Gurren Lagann
Bungo Stray Dogs a new season is coming out and it鈥檚 the perfect time to watch it.
Maybe Danmachi or The Fate series
Haikyuu! I never thought I'd be interested in an anime about volleyball, but here we are.
I鈥檓 pretty sure they鈥檝e all seen it
Few suggestions: Re-Zero, My Dress Up Darling, Vivy Flourite's Song
Excellent news. Happy Holidays 馃巹馃巹馃巹馃巹馃馃馃馃
