We're in for a magical time with this issue! Volume 21 brings:
A Chat With Trevor Devall: A discussion with the host of Me, Myself & Die! about the elements of a good solo adventure.
The Mythic Magic System: A complete magic system that can be used with Mythic alone, or in conjunction with any RPG.
This was a fun issue to do because I never get tired of talking about magic. It also feels good to write rules based on the Mythic RPG Ranks system. I had a blast going over the podcast interview with Trevor and distilling it into a written article.

Hello Tana! I am a huge fan of your work. I write from Brazil, so I am sorry about my English and typos. We have a very fruitful solo rpg community and your work is always on debate. I really love your examples either. The adventure on the Location Crafter (the guy trying to save his mentor and travel on a moon bean is very crazy and it is just the kind of adventure I want to play on may solo sessions). I am very excitted about the second edition. I bought The Adventure Crafter recently and it was a mind blowing think! From now on, Mythic can't live withou The Adventure Crafter. I dont know what you are doing on Mythic 2ed, but I hope it is a mixture of GME & TAC, both systems working together without any noise. Tks! Cheers from Brazil!

I definitely plan to :) I'm aware that most of the magazine content since the beginning has focused on GME material. I want to get more into Mythic RPG material, like this magic system. The fact that it's easy to tailor it to both Mythic RPG and Mythic GME is a plus. I plan to have at least one such item on each poll from here on out. I'm please that the magic system got upvoted for this issue quite quickly.
This magazine was a spectacular read. The rules were very fluid and will allow me to make up all kinds of new magic systems and keep using mythic as my RPG! I specifically liked how I can tweak how difficult or easy a spell is by modifying the parameters checked against my basic "magic" stat. I am definitely looking forward to more magazines like this that expands on mythic as a standalone
Me too, I'd love a sort of currency tracking system, in particular.
