Greetings Mythicists! I hope your August has been awesome so far :) For your perusing pleasure, here's what's been going on around here!

Mythic Magazine #69

The next issue of the magazine is under construction, with this month's articles being "The Room Explorer" and "The Villain's Plan". The Room Explorer should be an interesting one, it's an idea that was proposed by line editor Mel about using The Location Crafter for a very small area, a single room. While this isn't exactly using Location Crafter rules, it's inspired by them while designed to produce rooms quickly and give you results on your exploration of it.

"The Villain's Plan" isn't just about generating the villain's plan, but snippets of it as you adventure, so you can piece together what they're actually doing one step at a time. It also allows for you to mess up their plan, and what they pivot to as a plan b instead. Villain's love their backup plans!

Mythic Magazine Compilation #10

The cover art is in and the editing is almost done, which means Mythic Magazine Compilation #10 is almost ready to unleash upon the world! I had originally figured this would come out in September, and it still might, although there's a chance it'll release sooner ... around the end of August. We shall see, but either way it's almost done!

Also, I love what Jorge did with the cover. It's sometimes challenging taking an element from six separate magazine covers and bringing them all together in a cohesive way, but I feel like he really told a story with this one and it just clicks :)

As soon as this one is done, I'll start working on Compilation #11, which will bring us pretty much to current times.

Emerging Powers Podcast

An actual play of using the Emerging Powers rules won the last podcast content poll, and I've been working on putting this together. It should appear in about a week or so, for your listening pleasure!

That's about it for now! Happy adventuring :)
