Mythic Update, September 2025

Greetings Mythicists! I hope you're doing well, and that your Player Characters are preparing for the Halloween season with more effort than just throwing a sheet over themselves and saying "Boooooo."

Here's some things going on around here:

Micro Mythic Monsters

I've wrapped up the One-Page Creature Crafter chapter of Micro Mythic. I never get tired of writing about, roleplaying about, reading about, or anything about monsters. That's made this chapter especially enjoyable. I've made a few small modifications to the One-Page Creature Crafter rules, primarily so they correspond better with One-Page Character Crafter and can work with One-Page Success Check's Ranks system.

A Guide For New Solo Roleplayers

Have you not yet tried solo roleplaying, or you're new to it and still wrapping your head around it? Maybe you're very familiar with this style of play but you're frustrated trying to explain it to roleplaying friends online. I posted an article on my website that is my best attempt at explaining solo roleplaying for those who haven't tried it yet. It's something I hope will be helpful to new players!

Temple Guardians
