Single Story Family House

A modern single story family home in San Sequoia. Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with a laundry area and small home office area. Small garden with entertainment area and a place for the klds to play. Also included items for a dog, but there's plenty place to add in a litter box and cat tree if you prefer to have a cat.

The tray files are early access for my patrons (thank you so much) Video will be on Youtube in a few days and build will then go up on the gallery.

Thank you so much and I hope you enjoy!
