TINY MESSY APARTMENT FOR 5 STUDENTS | 1312 21 Chic Street

Hello and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to you! My first video of the year is one  voted for by you, A TINY MESSY APARTMENT FOR % STUDENTS. Home to 5  students who are a little messy and the apartment is a little grungy! I  hope Penny Pizzazz never visits because she'll be horrified! LOL yes I  fit 3 bedrooms into 1312 21 Chic Street and one's even a double room.  I've not used bunk beds so you could even fit more in here if you'd  like, I'd love to  see that. If you download this and add more sims or renovate please tag  me on Twitter @TracySim4   I've renovated this apartment a few times now and this a very new floor  plan for me, I love creating floor plans - hope you like this one!
