INDUSTRIAL LOFT FOR AN ARTIST | The Sims 4 | No CC

I'm back with another industrial build, this time it's a converted  factory style INDUSTRIAL LOFT for an artist or artists. The building  combines their living space, in the loft area, their work space and a  gallery for their art is on the lower floor. So this is a build that you  could use in multiple ways! If you wanted to make it a retail venue,  you could sell art and live there. You will just need to add a cash  register and I'd probably block off the living space because everyone  will gravitate towards the computer LOL Not cool!   I've used the Industrial Loft kit heavily in this build, I love it!  Think the quality is incredible and those industrial ceiling pipes ...  what can I say, I'm in love with them!  It's a 1 bed, 2 bath loft set in Windenburg, where I plan on doing  another industrial style build and a super modern one. Second bath is  really only a half bathroom on the lower level so that your Sims don't  need to go upstairs every time, also convenient if you're running it as a  retail store.
