MODERN ELEGANCE | 3 Apartments in 1 | 20 Culpepper House

It's been a while since I've done one of these "More in One" series  apartment renovations. SO today I'm sharing MODERN ELEGANCE, 20  Culpepper House, a large apartment that I've made into 3 separate  apartments! The idea I had was to create 2 very modern apartments and  one completely different, an elegant antique style!  And MODERN ELEGANCE  was born!
