Tray Files: Modern Base Game Townhouses
I felt it was time to try out a base game build! I wanted to keep the townhouse very simple, quite realistic and just showcase the loft space and how to decorate with base game ... not too difficult right? WRONG! What a challenge! All my 'favourite' items could not be used. It ended up being quite a struggle for me to recreate my usual style, using base game only so I decided to create 2 townhouses (sneaky reason: so that I could reuse items and not feel bad about having a house full of the same items LOL)
