Tray Files: Shabby But Chic Apartment

I love the SHABBY CHIC style. I've tried to recreate it in this Sims 4  apartment at 17 Culpepper House! We don't have a huge amount of items  that work for this style, but I think I managed to recreate it rather  well. Would LOVE some more floral and patterned furniture - not my style  at all BUT I do love it in The Sims 4!   So whilst creating this Shabby Chic apartment, I had a mom and a newborn  in mind, I figure she's moved to the city recently, originally from  Brindleton Bay perhaps? Her boyfriend will be joining her later as he's  st Uni and oh dear, I hope he likes girly shabby chic vibes! LOL
