Tray Files: Fashion Fusion Mini Mall

This is a Sims 4 Community Lot Build, I enjoy creating builds with multiple  uses, so this is a 5 in 1 Mini Mall, built in the Fashion District of  San Myshuno.   You will find a clothing retail store, a salon, photography studio, cafe  and a rooftop bar/nightclub. I've play tested everything, the clothing  store,  salon and even the cafe, work great as a retail store. If you have  Get Famous you can use the stylists chairs to make it appear to  be a working salon.  Works great as a Cafe, but not so great as a nightclub/bar. There's only  one flight of stairs to the rooftop and the Sims get stuck, so most of  the time, the DJ and bartender are there when noone else is or vice  versa LOL SO if you want to use it as a nightclub, you probably want to  add another set of stairs.  

I love creating community lots in The Sims 4, hope you enjoy this mini  mall because I'm working on a few more, all with multiple uses!
