Small Industrial

Hello hello! It's been a while since I built something industrial ... possibly my favourite style to build in The Sims, I absolutely love it!! Anyway, this was a little build challenge, had a budget of 50 000 simoleans. You'd think that was plenty for a 1 bedroom right? Huh, I struggled :) So yes, there's clutter, not nearly as much as I'd like but I still think it's cute and cozy and pretty perfect!

It's also on my gallery, ID is SimmersedBuilds and it's the most recent upload.

Enjoy!
