Coffee and Craft Small Business

I've built a pottery studio and coffee shop on a 20x20 lot in Iverstad, Nordhaven. There's also a 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor and the third floor is empty. I haven't made it accessible, but you could definitely add another apartment or even extend the existing apartment.

The pottery store has a retail section at the front and then a large section to hold classes,. The classes did very well.

There is a small industrial inspired coffee shop next door, with indoor and outdoor seating.

I love industrial style builds, they look so good in game! So I'm super happy to have an industrial style area to build in. This apartment is classic industrial, but definitely a little modern too.

The living area is a modern open plan design, with views all round the area. There's also a balcony leading out from the living room.

There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The rooms aren't very big, but I think they are perfect for apartment living.
