Oasis Rundown Apartments

Hello everyone, this is my favourite type of build ... multi-functional! there is alot going on here! Ideally you want to use this as a residential rental as there are 6 apartments, 1 needs a renovation, 1 is move-in ready and the others are all furnished.

 However, you can quite easily use it as a community lot as well, there's a bar, laundromat, food stall, cafe , gym and kids playground. Plenty to do but everything is just a little rundown and dingy.

I have play tested everything and it all works in my game. I have not, however updated to the most recent patch as I heard about a nasty build bug. It worked well as a residential rental, I didn't have any issues so hoping it's all smooth sailing. I have. however, saved it as a normal residential and you can assign the apartments if you have For Rent.

There will be no video for this build and probably for a while, as I just don't have the time at the moment but good news is builds will be more regular for a while anyway, as I have quite a few that have been waiting for me to have time to make videos. They will still go into early access and will then be uploaded to the gallery.
