Magnolia Plaza

Sul Sul and welcome to lot number 2 in my Reviving Magnolia Promenade series! As you may already know, I LOVE multi-functional lots and even though we don't have them in game (yet) I always try to add as much as I possibly can into a community lot so that you can choose how you prefer to use it.

In this build, there is a restaurant, jazz theatre (bar) and a hotel. I have set it as a restaurant because this way a bartender will automatically spawn on the lot so your restaurant is functional and so is your bar downstairs. I have moved all the chairs away from the tables in the bar so that your waiters don't serve sims there, of course that doesn't mean they won't go down there and leave dirty dishes everywhere ... LOL!

I have used a karaoke machine instead of a microphone on the stage area as it made it more immersive for me to listen to sims singing jazz/blues. There is a microphone there though, so you can easily swap them out if you prefer. There are 6 hotel rooms, all different, and there are even rooms that cater to toddlers and infants, so I hope you enjoy!
