Bright Modern Apartment For A Freelancer

I've created a modern, stylish apartment in San Myshuno - 1313 21 Chic Street. I imagined it was for a freelancer and her dog and cat. She's new to the city, had a fair bit of money to furnish her apartment but is now struggling to find a job so has taken to the freelance life. It ties in with another build I've just started, which gave me the idea that it was for a freelancer, of course you could use it for anyone ... it's quite generic.

Please note, this is a "needs TLC" apartment but I used TOOL mod to remove all those TLC objects, like mouse holes and the electric box. They unfortunately will be in your game if you download this, so you will either need to remove them yourself or rearrange a few things in the bedroom and move the fireplace.

Thank you so much for your support.
