IDSG Bonus Ep11 The Dark Knight, Part 2

Daniel and I reward (is that the right word?) your patience with an extra bonus episode for October in addition to your official October bonus episode and the first October bonus episode which was actually the September bonus epi... okay, never mind.  Another bonus episode is the point.  To thank you (thank you thank you THANK YOU!) for your incredibly kind financial support.  

Since we spent the entirety of Bonus Episode 10 moaning about the technical shortcomings of The Dark Knight, Christopher Nolan's 2008 Batman vs the Joker movie, this time we - being who we are - felt the need to spend this episode moaning about the themes and politics and ideology of same.  And so we did.  We are fully aware of how entirely we are becoming cliches.  How could we not after another Batman episode in which we, at one point, lapse into the native language of all middle aged white guys and start communicating in Big Liebowski quotes?
