I only watch youtube with NewPipe on android and mpv (youtube-dl) on desktop. uBlock Origin also works probably. I barely watched any ads anywhere in years and now react to them like a vampire to garlic.
I would love to hear a bonus episode on If…. and/or its sequels. I similarly first saw If late at night on TV and it completely rocked my world. Lindsay Anderson is a thoroughly fascinating character, I’ve read all of his essays and I still can’t pin the guy down
Jack and Daniel: Have either of you listened to the 1st season of the Blowback podcast? It's on the Iraq War, it was pretty extensive/exhaustive.
Jack and Daniel: Don't pay for YouTube! Get the YouTube Vanced app. The only downside is that you can't cast it with Chromecast, but otherwise, it is absolutely perfect!
Been too busy learning to drive and automatic transmission, eh? 😉
