January 2024 Set (1) - My Dear Pet

🐱: Hey dog, have you seen CC from My Dear Pet from Cowbuild🐮?

🐶: Yes, I have seen them. I totally want that rattan basket so I don't have to sleep on hard floor anymore.

🐱: Me too. I want to scratch on that cherry blossom tree and sleep on the cloud.

🐱🐶: Please get them for us!

All items require The Sims 4: Cats & Dogs

Search 'MyDearPet' to find the other items in the set

*Items in this set have 2k textures. So you need to follow this tutorial if you want them to look crisp and clear in game.

**If there are shadow showing through meshes, follow this tutorial to disable them.
