Hi, everyone! I hope you are having an amazing day! The special set for December 2020 is here! 23 New meshes I ‘ve put my sweat and tears into😅 I really hope you like it.
I‘d like to thank @kerriganhouse
for your advice on my sofa. This set wouldn’t be perfect without you.
If there is any problem with any mesh in this set, please do not hesitate to message me. I am standing by.
Sofa is high poly, use with caution. Some meshes have 2k textures so you need to do this or else they will look a bit blurry in game.
EDITED 31/12/20 I've uploaded tray files for the rooms I used to take photos. These rooms are for staging purpose only and haven't been tested play.
Download tray and CC for the rooms here I took hel-studio 's CC out. List of her CC needed is included within zip file.
* Tray files is like room plan and do not contain cc from this set if you want to download cc from this set, you have to message me *
Alternative link for tray and CC https://www.simfileshare.net/download/2256362/
🔥For this set to look like my photo, you need to turn your SSAO off. Tutorial here. 🔥

I have an issue with the fireplace where part of it shows on the other side of the wall. Is there anyway to prevent that? I can't use it unfortunately because it shows in my other room. And it won't let me place the fireplace away from the wall, it keeps snapping it back.
This is a big fireplace so you need to house it with 2x2 wall. To place fireplace away from wall, you simply have to delete the wall first, put fireplace, and place wall back.
I have no idea why but I can't find it in my game
Let's talk in private massage. I will help you solve your problem.
I signed your patron for this incredible set, but the mega won't let me download the tray completely, could you send me by email? I am very grateful!
I sent you private message for you e-mail.
Fantastic! I'm a new subscriber, I just wanted to ask you not to share the tray files any more on the mega please, thanks
I 'll provide alternative link next time.
I love this it is so nice in my game!! Thank you
