[Botany] Item - Faryonda's Botanical Garden
According to folk tales, legendary botanist Avalon Faryonda carried with her a personal herbarium, which she used to brew hundreds of potions, remedies, and cures wherever she went. In some stories, she was a saint of sorts, caring for wounded soldiers and poisoned children. In others, her deadly toxins razed entire families long after she had gone. Faryonda particularly reveled in trades and bargains, a trait learned from her wooded patron.

Faryonda's Botanical Garden
Wondrous item, legendary (requires attunement by a character proficient in nature or herbalism kits)
This garden's object form is a crown of vines and flowers. While this crown is on the ground, you can speak its command word and transform it over the course of a minute into a magical stationary portal big enough for a Large creature to pass through. The portal leads to a small demiplane consisting of a 40-foot diameter circular garden inside a 60-foot tall dome. It has eight 15-foot diameter plots equipped with all the mundane tools required for growing plants and a central workshop that functions as an herbalism kit, as well as seemingly limitless storage that can preserve plant material. The garden's interior simulates sunlight and day-night cycles of the exterior. Only creatures you explicitly allow can enter the portal.
You can speak another command word to transform the portal back into a crown over the course of a minute. The portal can also be destroyed (AC 18, 50 hp, immunity to psychic damage), which instantly transforms it into a crown upon being reduced to 0 hit points. When the portal reverts to a crown, creatures inside the demiplane except plants are expelled to the nearest open spaces within 5 feet of the crown. Time for the garden passes as normal even when the portal is in its crown form.
Each plot in the garden can be magically configured using command words to provide its resident plants with all nutritional and environmental requirements to nurture it, such as sunlight, darkness, water, minerals. You can also configure each plot to grant the additional benefits to plants or plant creatures growing inside them. You can choose any number of benefits from the following list:
Plants in the plot grow at a rate of 2, 5, 10, or 50 times faster than normal (your choice).
Plants in the plot do not suffer from disease or blight, whether mundane or magical.
Plants in the plot regain 5 hit points every hour.
Plants in the plot gain limited sentience and animation if they don't have these traits already. They gain the ability to communicate with you and offer basic information it may know. If the plant is a creature, you can communicate with it as if it shared a common language.
