$10+ Patron Limited Use License (Sept 03, 2024)
2024-09-03 Update: Following the announcement of content discontinuation and access changes, the following changes have been made to the license.
The cap for mass-production increased to 5,000 units.
Changed active support requirement to perpetuity if patron's $10+ support period included September 1st, 2024.

This Limited Use License is available to Patrons who supported at the USD $10+ tier on September 1st, 2024, in perpetuity. This right is non-transferrable. The high-resolution artwork indicated in this license were found at the Archive Master Post under the Download links at that time.
Limited License Applicability
This license allows you to use my artwork within any of your non-commercial or small-scale commercial publication works, as long as attribution is provided. Examples of acceptable works include adventures, modules, settings, supplements, or compendiums. Notifying me prior to your use of this license is preferred, but not required. You must seek additional permission before using my artwork in mass-produced commercial works (i.e. more than 5,000 units), which I may grant under additional terms.
Artwork applicable to this license is limited to artwork I have explicitly created prior to the date your pledge support has ended (an non-exhaustive list is found in the Archive Master Post). My templates, item cards, full-sized pages, and collaborative work is exempt from this license.
The license does not extend to any other written content I have produced, such as my item descriptions or a creature stat block. To use any written content as-is, you must notify me first.
The license is non-transferrable and does not grant any copyrights.
Attribution Requirements
To use artwork granted by this license, you must provide attribution in your Credits page or section, either as a brand name ("Aripockily") or a link ("patreon.com/aripockily"). Providing additional attribution adjacent to the artwork is preferable, but not required.
If the artwork is part of a publication work that is sold digitally (i.e. a digital marketplace), attribution must also be provided in the description section.
Restrictions on Use
The artwork granted by this license is subjected to the following:
You may not resell or distribute my artwork as standalone items, or as a major part a commercial work.
You may not alter the artwork in any way in a way that distorts the original. The only exception is proportionally resizing the artwork to fit on a page, or removing an item name label from the artwork.
You may not use the artwork as part of your trademark, service mark, logo, or any other representation of you or your affiliates.
You may not use the artwork in such a way that implies endorsement of any product.
You may not use the artwork in affiliation with any product that harms or can be interpreted to harm others, such as offensive, obscene, or immoral content.

I reserve the right to modify this license for clarity, or revoke this license on a case-by-case basis.
If the artwork is used in your mass-produced commercial content (i.e. any publication with over 5,000 units) or as part of a service (e.g. advertising, streaming, etc), I expect you reach out for an independent negotiation.
