[Rings] Item - +1 Ring

I don't actually remember how or why I came up with this - it either started as a mundane joke item or had something to do with +1s at a wedding, which has rings. Either way, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out; the design reflects the "two-ring" nature of this item.

This is a lovely simple item with creative uses. Show off your incredibly exorbitant signet to gain noble favor. Show off a Thieves Guild insignia to escape the mob. Show off the insignia of a cult to get into their ritual chamber. Very fun for a deceptive player!
