[Rings] Item - Chakram of Recall

With the theme of rings, I searched for a ring-shaped weapon. It was either going to be exceptionally large ring blades, or chakrams.

I really like the idea of the "boomerang" returning weapon. Though it doesn't need to be chakram-specific, it makes most sense on the chakram.

Interestingly enough, chakrams can be used in hand-to-hand combat (only when they have the center handle).
