[Rings] Item - Resonant Shield

The Toll Takers stood arm-to-arm, shields fine-tuned to the same frequency. With a practiced rhythm, they begin drumming on their shields and emit a combined, sonorous ringing precisely focused onto the charging army.

This shield expands on the Toll Takers and their Sonorous Order of clerics. They precisely shape their shields into a thin cone, which functions much like a speaker. I think that's pretty clear! I really like the idea of Harmonic Resonance being present throughout (or just any multi-item trait), and I wish I had more items to explore that with. I also like the Toll Takers more and more as I add items related to their order.

I'm shifting the Rings to next week so that my items does not consist of a gazillion rings. Stay tuned for the other five rings that make up the Ten Rings of Power.
