[Cosmos] Item - Mini-Meteor

Here's a fun little item before I release the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Cosmos compendium on Saturday! Just a little meteor you can sling around at people.

Could it be just a hot rock you just throw? Could it be an actual meteor miniaturized to this size? Who knows? Personally, I think these could be approximations of the Sun and Moon Shards by a wizard with little experience.

The compendium will include all the free homebrew I've released on Patreon, as well as all the exclusives for Patrons at the $5+ level. Some of those have already been released early, like the Qhralli Race and the Phase-Shifted Rogue!
