Lot edges will never be a problem again in The Sims 3!

Along the way, you’ll often hear people smarter than you say that a problem has no solution.

Whenever you hear that, be skeptical. You might be the one to find the solution that so many others missed. And believe me, you might not even believe you could be that person. But today, I saw a friend solve one of the biggest dilemmas in The Sims 3.

For months, I built worlds without adding streetlights because they caused a problem that really bothered me.

I never liked how the lighting at the edge of the lots got cut off. Now, it won't anymore!

And I’m so proud of my friend who did this, because before today, he was just a player. And now, he’s solved one of the major problems in The Sims 3! And this opens an unprecedented door for fixing various other shaders in this game!

Oh, I almost forgot... he managed to fix the shader for plants, fences, and stairs, and well, we're moving on to other elements where the lighting seems broken.

I am so proud, truly proud of my subscribers and everyone who supports me, because I’m lucky enough to be surrounded by people just as talented as I am. And seeing them do this is priceless!

I'll be back soon with all the details for you! Right now, my friend is fixing the shaders for roofs and other elements that could look better and aren't currently lit correctly at night. I have a feeling I'm going to fall in love with The Sims 3 nights from now on!
