PLAYER DILEMMAS – ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS - 2
Hey everyone! Continuing with our list of dilemmas from yesterday, I found a few more simple and quick-to-solve issues that already have solutions, though maybe not everyone knows about them. This list will definitely be shorter and straight to the point, but I recommend checking out yesterday’s post for equally relevant info <3
Curved Walls: HERE
Permanently Blocking Zombies: HERE
Ability to play rotationally without losing birthdays: I heard about an ANI mod that makes aging similar to The Sims 2. Honestly, forgive me, I don’t really know what that means xD But I imagine it gives more control over this aspect of gameplay and probably matches what you’re looking for: HERE (Mod: Mod of Randomness)
Adult interactions allowed for children (skills and tasks): HERE (Watch out for compatibility issues with other mods if any)
The equivalent of UI cheats from The Sims 4 for The Sims 3: HERE (and all your modules)
Supernatural hybrids — I think it’s possible to achieve them through the mod above as well.
Life Challenges: HERE (the Chaos mod makes the game more challenging with fires, robberies, and other slightly more frequent difficulties), while Classic Sims Revival makes managing Sim needs more challenging, more like The Sims 1 and 2. Needs decay faster, but their autonomy is also more efficient.
For taxes, I recommend Ani’s Tax Collector: HERE (Step-by-step tutorial on how to use it on my old website (remember, this site is no longer my official site, but some contents that hasn’t been moved to my new blog is still accessible).
Social Consequences, combined with Supreme AI, gives Sims a more advanced AI and context for their situation. It also allows Sims to react more to each other and prioritize interactions with humans over objects (more faithfully mimicking human behavior).
Rely less on technology and live off what nature can offer: HERE / HERE (The Woodcutters tree, Dig for Treasure, Oil, A bucket of Water)
I’m currently working on our Social Classes mod, but also on other add-ons related to some of your requests. I can’t wait to share more details with you — this has definitely been a huge project, so I’m splitting it into different stages and tackling multiple fronts at once. You’re going to love it!
I hope this post was helpful, and please, if it was, share it with your friends. Your support means a lot, and I’m always happy to help however I can.
