Modular Build - UNI

After building several modular sets, I decided to venture into some buildings I hadn't tried before! I've always admired how the Rabbit Holes from The Sims 3: University Life were designed. It was an unexpected surprise to realize that, regardless of the building chosen, the ornaments were always the same! And while it may seem like there’s a huge variety, the truth is that it's a few small pieces that create all that magic!

So, I present to you my new modular set, inspired by university buildings, perfect for those looking to create sophisticated and full-of-personality constructions. This set includes 8 modular pieces that, when combined, allow you to build any type of building in a simple and practical way, with a classic and elegant touch.

Each piece is designed to offer flexibility, allowing the player to create everything from grand university buildings to more intimate and cozy spaces—or even small banks, like I built in the first image. If you love the timeless aesthetic of academic buildings, this set will turn your creations into true works of art.

Note: The main image features objects from two other sets to complement the look—Accessibility Set and Urban Contrast 2.
