A new UI Mod may be coming
Well... I've been working on something (hence the silence) and I think I now have a relatively solid foundation to present to you all (and obviously get some feedback).
That said, remember it's a work in progress and it's not perfect. I'm still looking for the right files to edit, but considering the progress I've made in three days, I think I'm closer to embracing this project than giving up on it xD Yes, I considered giving up on the second day. But, you know, I'm stubborn. I kind of "promised" myself I wouldn't work on this kind of thing anymore because it's incredibly exhausting, but it's not like I can avoid making improvements that many might find irrelevant, but I enjoy doing (even though it also frustrates me).
The concept for this new interface was initially to be similar to the beta version. However, the color palette presented in the remaining game files looked odd, so I changed it to a lighter shade of blue (which according to my girlfriend might be a bit dull) BUT, if I'm here it's because I'd like some feedback xD
With all this in mind, this project could still be abandoned. I find myself pondering whether it's worth investing time in, so let's say we're halfway there, and I might end up deciding to go back (although I highly doubt it).

I absolutely love this!! It looks true to the game but contemporary and updated. I would not saturate it any more. Does this inspire you to work on other UI in the game like live/build mode? I know that's a whole other thing in and of itself. Awesome work here, as usual :)
Thank you very much!! Last time, I said I wouldn't get involved in reviewing interfaces in CAS, and look at what I'm doing. So, I'll leave the answer to your question open, because if I say no, the chances of me doing it are enormous UHAEUHAEUHAU, and if I say yes, then I'll be committing without knowing how much work it will demand. That said, I'm studying ways to deal with this at some point in the future, and I've already discovered that it's possible to move entire pieces of the interface to any area of the screen. So, I would be strongly inclined to try to rebuild the beta interface (but at the same time knowing that some elements simply... WAIT! OH MY GOD, something just came to mind. I think it's possible with a small adjustment. WOW. Ok, back to the answer, if you have any ideas, I'm open to suggestions Hahahah.

made UI mods are hellish, but in the same proportion, they make me excited Hahahaha
I love the color so far and I think the minimalist look is my favorite! My only request if you’re able to is to make this compatible with the scaling UI text mod on mod Sims!:) not sure if you’re able to do that or not, but that would be so helpful since I know a lot of people use that mod
Well, the good news is that I'm not changing anything that changes the font size, which means that the UI mod will be fully compatible with the mod you mentioned. The only problem that might happen is that the fonts might get into some interface. If that happens, it's adjustable, just let me know. If you could send me a screenshot by message, just so I can get an idea of how much the font sizes change, that would help, that way if the space I'm organizing now is tight, I can work on it right now. Wow your ideas are great too! However they are outside my scope. But I'm sure someone at some point in the future might consider them for a mod!

It’s really beautiful. Like a more modern take on the UI that preserves the feel of sims 3. You struck the perfect middle, I think. Keep the blue. 👍🏼🩵
