‼️ PRIVACY/SECURITY POLICY ‼️

If you’ve been on Simsta or tumblr at all in the last 24 hours, you’ll have read or been made aware about the group of proven/suspected CC creators tracking & doxxing Patreon subscribers. If you haven’t, just go to simbelene on tumblr and make sure you’re sitting down for the information overload. As a consumer of CC myself it has shaken my trust in Patreon creators and left me asking, “How can anyone trust Patreon creators again?” Which moved me to pen this post.

First order of business, my downloads will always be listed here on their respective Patreon posts or linked directly to SimsFileShare. Download links will NEVER be sent via direct message.

Second order of business, can I see your name and email address if you’re a patron or follower? Yes. Will I ever share this info with anyone? Excuse my French but HELL NO. The only time I look at my patron/follower list is if I ever need to send out any communications on the Patreon platform or if I’m looking into my analytics as a creator (I do love analytics and examining patterns, like how long someone stays subscribed to see if there’s ways for me to improve to keep y’all sticking around). If you’re an Obsessed patron, this email is usually where I send your completed commissions unless you’ve directed me otherwise. That’s it.

Lastly, I am always reachable via DM if you have any concerns or need clarification on anything at all regarding how I operate my Patreon platform. It is a big deal for me that you all trust me with your hard-earned dollars and I want you to always be 100% confident in your support of me. This whole situation has left me reeling in disbelief that these creators can be so greedy, vengeful, and dangerous over video game content (that some creators have been proven to not even have made themselves—insult to injury, ouch). I want to do my part to keep Patreon a safe space for people to come to download content and support creators who DO pour their time, creativity, originality, skill, and effort into their creations.
