Simpact Fitness: Gym Community Lot

Woo-ee! I never thought I'd be sharing a CC build on my Patreon, but the time has come! I struggle sometimes finding lots to use for my screenshots or for my story, but when I created my Gettin' Gainz posepack I was also inspired to build a gym based off of the gym I go to IRL! This gym is FULLY FUNCTIONAL & PLAY-TESTED! Meaning your Sims can use the treadmills, the weight equipment, and can even take/teach yoga classes in the studio upstairs! Tag me if you use this gym, I love to see my work out in the wild! Full credits go to the creators of the CC in this build, I did not create any of it! In fact most of it is from Syboulette because she's awesome! Enjoy!

Also I intentionally left out screenshots of the bathroom. It's a nice bathroom but the bathroom is also the reason I had to spend an extra three hours preparing this for publish so it doesn't get any time in the spotlight. Yes, I'm being petty to a bathroom.
