Development Update 16

Hey guys, 

I've started doing renders for the next update, which basically means that I'm done writing the first draft. One of the images I created earlier today is now attached to this post. There is no postwork done ion the render yet, but I already like the image quite a bit.

Yesterday I spent my time creating a new set of clothes for a couple of characters (Mainly Esther, Amber, Emily, and Cecilia). I'm using chlothing assets that can be customized quite heavily which helps out a lot. Still, since I'm not really into fashion I always need a bit of luck to find an outfit that works well together and also suits the character's personality.

I also like to stick with some realism. For example each girl from the other world only has one set of shose. They have similar socks because it makes more sense that MC just bought them a couple of large standart packs. And of course, even though I would like to put them in lingery, their panties are quite mild and plain, since it sadly makes more sense.

Anyway, for now, the next update has about 7.000 words, and will probably need 230 renders. 10 renders are already done.

What's left to do:
- Have a proofreader take a look (rewrite parts that aren't good enough yet)
- Second proofreader (Grammar and spelling)
- Translate the update into Spanish
- sent the game to the beta testers
^^ luckily I don't have to do much here ;D

- create the other ~220 renders
- create everything needed to create the other 220 renders
- program in when which render is supposed to appear
- translate the game into German
- add music / sound effects
^^ sadly I have to do that myself...

Just kidding, I love my job.

This week I have more time than usual, but I'm not sure how far I'm going to get. Soon, Steam will have a Visualnovel festival/sale. I'm curious how this is going to go. It would be great if I could finish the next update before, or at least during the event, but as I said, it's hard to predict if it's actually going to happen.

Anyway, It's been over two weeks since I brought out Episode 3.1, so I wanted to give you guys a sign of life. I hope you like the render that comes along with this post. The next update will lean a bit more into Lucy's storyline.
