Tiers update

As announced in my full status report for this month there will be some changes to tiers this year. Mostly for the sake of transparency.

Changes for Tiers:

• Character polls: Will add warning when polls are closed so people don't feel like subscribing when there's no poll available.

• Animation polls: Will remain closed until I finish my current stack of projects

• Returning of monthly status reports with samples (starting this month) On the support materia tier.

• Unified unique render archive*

• Discontinued polls for render images as I won't work on render images only projects anymore.

• Will release sample gifs of animations on the support materia tier from magic and complete materia projects for those who wanna at least consider to be worth an update for a specific project.

• Adding back animation projects polls for magic materia (will show up as paused when no poll is available)

These changes comes to effect this year.

*About the "Unified unique render archive" I am moving away from doing only renders, I want to focus on animations and models only. if I do a render, it will be to sample models, and I will include the renders in the model zip files on release). I will give access to the magic materia render archive to the support materia archive starting next month, as the archive doesn't include any new renders from some time now.
