Patreon exclusive video for May

Hey all! In this Patreon exclusive video we take a look back at the month of May, and I award a game of the month. In the extended media portion I briefly review two recent horror movies: Obsession and Backrooms, one of which I loved. I also very briefly talk about two more horror movies, The Passenger and Lee Cronin's Mummy.

Thank you all again for your continued support!

Heard a lot of discussion about Obsession. I love that it is more than just a scary movie.

An endless IKEA seems really scary!

Long form playthrough vids are always great for late night sleepy time so yes, on Tomb Raider.

I was on the fence about backing Tomb Raider and eventually decided against it. After your coverage, I’m on the lookout for the retail release!

Great video - thanks for the extra commentary and insights. Have yet to watch Obsession - certainly on my short list. Did watch The Mummy recently with my daughter and yeah yikes some can’t unsee moments. And I thought the same regarding its Evil Dead-ness. A mix of bonkers what-the-hecks and thick horror. Have not seen Backrooms yet. Curious if you have seen Exit 8. Saw that in the theaters and while it’s not movie of the year I thought they did a good job with it.

Yes! I should have mentioned Exit 8. I did see it, and I liked it more than Backrooms because I found it easier to emotionally connect with the main character and the story.
