Mandalorian Adventures: Clan of Two expansion review, and Star Wars Talk (Ad Free)
In this video we take a look at the Clan of Two expansion for Mandalorian Adventures, and then I talk about Star Wars. Some the Star Wars talk will be a repeat of what you've already heard in the last extended media portion of the Patreon video, but I add a few things to the ranking: Mandalorian, Book of Boba Fett, Ob-Wan, The Acolyte, Ahsoka, and The Mandalorian and Grogu.
For those that just want the list, here is my rankings:
1. Return of the Jedi
2. Andor
3. Mandalorian and Book of Boba Fett
4. Mandalorian and Grogu
5. Revenge of the Sith
6. A New Hope
7. Empire Strikes Back
8. Solo
9. Rogue One
10. The Phantom Menace
11. Ahsoka
12. The Acolyte
13. Attack of the Clones
14. Obi-Wan

Already watched it on YouTube for the algorithm 😜
You're giving me hope. A new hope, if you will. lol. I think I'm hitting that issue for myself of being burnt out. I'm going to go watch the Mandalorian and see if that restores the awe and wonder. Skeleton Crew is good. I love that show, it feels like what I needed in the 90s instead of Return to Endor.
Yes!
I enjoyed this video SO much! My ranking would look quite different but still! It's always a joy hearing you talk about stuff you love Daniel and this one was no exception. So cheers for that :) I was never a huge Star Wars fan growing up (42 now), but I always respected it. I did love its world and all the small world-building elements in the movies. The turning point was playing Imperial Assault and then watching Rogue One, because they both expanded the scope of the Rebellion for me. After watching The Mandalorian I fell in love with Star Wars! And Andor cemented that love. The last episode on a pop culture / movies / board game podcast I do was about Star Wars and how my views on it changed, it's unfortunately in Greek though! But yeah, in order to do that I went back and rewatched everything and it was nice hearing a different but-not-too-different take on them. :D And yes, yay for cute things. They are awesome!
Mandalorian is so bad ass! I love that it's basically just a space western.
Interesting conversation around Star Wars. I can't disagree with you on Return of the Jedi as it is beyond doubt a really fun movie. Interesting fact: (well, to me) When the original A New Hope came out in 1977, I was at the same theater every Saturday morning for seven straight weeks, That 29-year-old me just loved it sooo much. Fun fact, back then I believe the matinee tickets were just $1.25 so very affordable for me. The eighth week we had to work that Saturday so that broke the streak. I've never seen anything once Disney took over as I could not afford the Disney Channel and still can't so I can't comment. Heck, even the videos are out of my price range. So sad.
That's so cool! What a streak! I recently canceled a few other streaming services to get Disney+ for a while so I could watch Star Wars. :) It is way too expensive though.
