Maelstrom!

This is no ordinary storm! Salty sailors might have experience with many perils of the high seas, but this one might baffle even the scurviest seadog. Is the lightning shooting out from the swirling depths, or shooting into it? And why does it feel, even every bit of flotsam nearby is being drawn into it, that something appears to be emerging from the heart of this vortex? Fully animated and available in two additional versions, with a ship and its tattered sails being drawn ever closer to the center of the storm, and another festooned with tentacles, this map clearly indicates: Here Be Monsters!

I mean, realistically this map is a little dull in it's static form. That's why everyone, even free members, are getting an animated version this week. Zap! Zap! Zap! I had last week off, and actually worked quite a bit but somehow ended up with more work than I started with? I have some ambitious goals about how to make maps easier for you guys to find and use, cuz the default Patreon tools aren't amazing. But it's a big project that's gonna take some time. Glad to say I have the groundwork laid though, to start chipping away at this project. It feels awfully springy here in Helsinki. Still a fair bit of snow but its vanishing fast as its been pretty warm. I hope you all have a great week, and thanks for your support!
