This one time, in forest camp…We all probably have a story that begins that way, but whether or not that’s the case, this camp in the woods provides the perfect backdrop for the elaboration of many such tales! Versatile, fully animated, and available for both daytime and night-time scenes, these maps have everything a weary adventurer needs and a DM can provide them – campfires, tents, sleeping rolls, horses, caravans, and even chonky kitties! Get out your flint and tinder, decide your watch rotation, and definitely don’t prepare for an ambush, it’s time to bivouac!

I know camp maps are a little boring but they are good to have in your arsenal and I hadn't done one in awhile. I imagine you could so something spooky with the players falling asleep in camp and waking up the next day to a camp that looks like its been abandoned for months. Camps are most definitely NOT boring! If anything, all of the "basic" maps are what I need in a lot of variations. Same with Inns, taverns, roads, and other "basic" things. Unique maps are beautiful, don't get me wrong, but I get one or two uses out of it and then my players have seen it. Maybe I can use it again in a few campaigns and it will fit. Generic maps that fit all campaigns? I use them a lot! Thanks!
